Refund policy

30 days to change your mind. You can return your bag within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

How to start a return. Email quievera.supp@outlook.fr with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send a package back without contacting us first.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged or is not the one you ordered — in that case we send you a prepaid label.

Exchanges. Want another color? Tell us in your return request: we ship the new color as soon as we receive your return (subject to availability).

Refunds. Once your return is received and checked, we refund the price paid for the bag to your original payment method within 10 business days. The original shipping fee, if any, is not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging; we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
