Shipping policy
We ship within the United States only.
Processing. Every order is prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your bag ships.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: 4.99 $ (5–8 business days)
- Express Shipping: 9.99 $ (2–4 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of 60 $ or more (two bags)
Delivery times are estimates and can vary during peak periods or because of carrier delays.
Tracking. Your tracking number is sent by email. If your package has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us at quievera.supp@outlook.fr and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
Wrong address or failed delivery. Please check your shipping address carefully, including your ZIP code. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not picked up, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment (shipping fees may apply).
